POLINI ITALIAN CUP 2020: TECHNICAL NEWS – CLASSES

SCOOTER 100 BIG EVO OPEN

These are the main technical novelties of the queen class of the Polini Italian Cup:

1. Carburetor diffuser restricted to d.30mm and the prohibition to use electronic carburetors.
2. For Piaggio Zip scooter it is mandatory to use the new Polini fork 050.2655 available starting from 20.02.2020
3. It is confirmed the use of the original tank and it is prohibited to use handcrafted tanks.
4. It is confirmed the partnership with MITAS tires. On Sunday, during the races it is allowed the use of 3 tires only at your choice that must be stamped before race starts.
5. It is allowed to use centrifugal variators only.
6. It is mandatory to use wheel axles and steering dumper made of iron materials.

SCOOTER 70 EVOLUTION AMATORS AND SCOOTER 70 EVOLUTION SUPER SPORT

Here the main technical novelties:

1. It is recommended the use of the new Polini fork 050.2655 available starting from 20.02.2020
2. It is confirmed the use of the original tank and it is prohibited to use handcrafted tanks
3. It is confirmed the partnership with MITAS tires. On Sunday, during the races it is allowed the use of 2 tires (AMATORS category) and 3 tires (EVOLUTION SUPER SPORT category) at your choice that must be marked before race starts.
4. It is allowed to use centrifugal variators only
5. It is mandatory to use wheel axles and steering dumper made of iron materials.
