The new Polini variator for Piaggio – Vespa 125 4Str in “original” version has been designed and conceived to increase the performance at a highly competitive price compared to the Evolution model.

The Polini variator for Piaggio improves the performance of the engine as it guarantees a more marked acceleration and at the same time a smooth progression at speed.

The piston pin is made of nickel chrome steel and it is characterized by a very low coefficient of friction: it stands out for the advanced carbon-based DLC treatment with an innovative technology for racing and aeronautical applications, specific for sliding components and parts subject to high wear.

The large inner pocket of the pin has the function of a grease tank: inside there is a special spring that allows a constant distribution of the grease on the pin even in the most severe conditions of use.
