RACE BIHIND CLOSED DOORS
The Moto Club Bergamo reminds you that the first round of the Polini Italian Cup 2020 will be behind closed doors for the public at the Pomposa track (FE) on 12 July.
→ ENROLLMENT
The deadline for sending the enrollment to the race has been extended to Tuesday July 7th due to the new anti-Covid-19 regulations. It will no longer be possible to accept or receive registrations directly at the race track during the administrative checks.
Registration for all pilots (excluding foreigner) must be made exclusively through the website https://sigma.federmoto.itOnly foreign pilots must send their registration, including the category choses, no later than July 7th directly to Mrs. Laura D’Adda of Bergamo Moto Club (info@motoclub.bergamo.it), who will add the names in the list of the participants.
All the rider shall send the copy of the bank transfer and the race number to info@motoclub.bergamo.it
After entry deadline the race director will send an e-mail to all the riders including the briefing
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR EVERYONE: pilots and operators must conform to the anti-Covid-19 regulations by wearing a mask, gloves and respecting the minimum distance of 1.5 meters between one person and another, avoiding any possible gathering in groups of people.
ACCESS TO THE FACILITIES
Only 1 pilot with a maximum of 4 people between technicians, mechanics and/or family members will have access to the Pomposa track. Each pilot must complete the Covid-19 self-certification for himself and his group, giving it to the track staff.
Those who have access to the circuit must undergo to a temperature control by the track staff before entering.
ADMINISTRATIVE CHECKS AND OFFICE
Administrative checks: Saturday from 17.30 to 19.30. The access to the administrative office in compliance with the anti-Covid-19 regulations is allowed only to one pilot at a time. People outside shall avoid gatherings keeping the expected distance of 1.5 meter waiting for their turn in the space set up in one way for entry and exit.
AWARDS
Only the first three classified pilots will be at the awards ceremony, wearing the race vets for the usual photo and collection of the cup already positioned on the podium steps and placed at a safe distance.
The presence of any other person and gatherings in groups of people in the podium area by mechanics/family members/friends/etc. is prohibited.
