The Ø63 cylinder kit by Polini Motori has been studied and designed to give a power injection to the Vespa 125 and 150 4T. The displacement has been increased to 182cc to give more sprint and to increase the performance. The compression ratio is 11,5:1, the die cast is of aluminum with nickasil coating. Die cast piston with chromed piston rings.

For the proper carburetion setting it is mandatory to install the Polini ECU for Vespa 125 and 150 4Str. specific for Euro 5, item 171.0018 together with the cylinder kit.

The Polini ECU for Vespa 125 and 150 4str – Piaggio Liberty 125 and 150 Euro 5 fits perfectly on all scooters with the appropriate wiring harnesses connected directly to the original injector. The idea of creating this control unit comes from the need to modify the injection of the engine of the 4-stroke tuned scooters.

Programming the Polini ECU is very simple. There are two maps already configured, to choose from:
map 1 – Polini cylinder kit with original muffler
map 2 – Polini cylinder kit with Polini muffler
