POLINI CAST IRON CYLINDER KIT FOR VESPA 200 PE-PX

Polini R&D team presented the new cylinder kit for Vespa 200 PE. It has a more modern design in all its parts with the aim to improve performance and reliability.

Polini cast iron cylinder kit for Vespa with d. 68,5 cylinder improves the displacement to 210cc. The exhaust port and the transfer have been made with a new design to increase the engine power output.

The piston has been completely redesigned with wider passages on the skirt to favor the feed of the transfers.

The head with finning oversize surface lets maximum loss of heat.  The dome is entirely machined and matched to a brass gasket to improve the performance and optimize the cooling; the centering pins with the cylinder allow a constant squish area on all the diameter of the cylinder.

This cylinder kit (Item 140.0233) increases the performance by 12% compared to the same rpm of the previous model (item 140.0082).
