Polini clutch kit range for Vespa Vespa 50, Special, 125 ET3, Primavera, PK 50/125, and  Small frame enriches with new models. The new POLINI ORIGINAL CLUTCH KIT WITH WAVE SPRING has been designed to offer an even more comfortable driving experience thanks to the softer and progressive/graduated clutch level. For this model too it has been used the brand new Wave spring. The Wave Spring is a spiral of new conception, manufactured with high precision production techniques; thanks to its alveolar structure it assures an optimal planarity on the pushes faces of the spring and it tolerates very high loads.

The standard wave spring is calibrated to have a load of 80 kg. which can be modified, thanks to the setting shims available inside the package, which allow you to vary the load up to 125 kg. of thrust. The spring is perfectly housed in the clutch hub with a special centering seat. The clutch hub and the pressure plates kit are made of nitriding steel machined from a block.

The clutch discs have been improved with material that increases the friction coefficient to increase their grip under stress. The POLINI ORIGINAL CLUTCH KIT with WAVE SPRING is made of 4 steel discs coated with cork friction material (thickness 1.9 mm.) and 3 steel discs (thickness 1 mm.); assembly is recommended for original or prepared engines up to 12 HP. As an option, it is possible to mount the EVOLUTION clutch discs (code 230.0030) composed of 4 steel discs coated with high-performance sintered friction material (thickness 1.9 mm) and three steel discs (thickness 1 mm.) for engines up to 15HP
