DEGREE COURSES
A high quality final season took place on the circuit Tazio Nuvolari in Cervesina, at the beginning of October. The final round put almost eighty participants on the starting grid, ten of whom are strangers coming from different European States, for example Holland, Slovenia, Switzerland, France, Hungary, Germany, Spain and the incredible speed of more than 160 km/h that the scooters running in 100 Big Evolution Open class recorded on the long straight road towards the finish line, among magnificent plays of trails. A highly technical agonistic final that reaffirms the quality of Polini Italian Cup, the Italian championship organised by Moto Club Bergamo, open to all scooter brands and trainers who are free to use the products competing with Polini, so that the challenge could get more interesting. Open fight for the titles until the second rounds of race: the winner of Scooter 100 Big Evolution Open was the official Polini rider Filippo Corsi, who preceded on the podium his team mate Matteo Tiraferri and the Dutch Sarik Roufs. About Derapage Vent 80 Trophy, the title goes to Giuseppe Russo.

SCOOTER 100 BIG EVOLUTION OPEN:
CORSI IS THE CHAMPION AND TRIUMPHS
In Race 1, immediately a twist between Roufs and Zani who go out for a technical problem. At starting grid, Starnone has a good sprint, followed by Vignone and by the Spanish Oliva. Duels to the last brake between Starnone and Oliva; Vignone is the third wheel. Corsi controls the competition and tries to gain a score for the championship parade, as Tiraferri joins the group. On final, Vignone wins before Oliva, Starnone and the couple of Polini Scooter team, Tiraferri-Corsi.
In Race 2, the most rapid is Corsi, chased by Tiraferri, Starnone and the reborn Dutch Roufs. Starnone attacks and gets to lead the race. Corsi prefers not to run risks and let Tiraferri and Roufs pass him, as Starnone forces the pace. Vignone enters the fray and leads the group for some laps, till the moment when Starnone passes him again. Twist at mid-race: Corsi slips and involves Vignone in the fall, so he paves the way for Starnone, who is first at finish line, before Tiraferri and Castellini.

SCOOTER 70 EVO AMATORI:
IANNINI WINS, BUT SAURO IS THE CHAMPION.
In Race 1, lightning quick start of Iannini, followed by Sauro and Marola. Few bends after, the three riders are the protagonists of a beautiful contest, favoured by the play of trails. Behind them, Bernardelli and Nardo. The attention is focused on the leading trio who is fighting for the championship. The three stay in close contact from first to last lap, till the sprint coming, when Sauro wins over Marola and Iannini.
In Race 2, Iannini has a catlike reaction and is tailgated by Bernardelli and Marola. This one cannot get rid of Sauro, his rival in championship. Iannini has an excellent pace and drags Marola and Sauro in his trail. A fall stops the race on the third lap. On the new start, Sauro takes again the leadership, heeled by Marola and Iannini. The three create an empty gap behind: Marola tries to escape, but Iannini gets the better and wins over Marola and the new champion Sauro.

VESPA 185 4T:
FUSTO UNREACHABLE
In Race 1, Fusto performs a very good start and is tailgated by Tortosa and Leporati. These three show a good duel, as Fusto tries to run away. Leporati assaults Tortosa, gets to second position and pursues menacingly Fusto. Not long after, Baglioni goes to second position at the end of an amazing come-back, therefore Tortosa and Leporati don’t give up and pass Baglioni. On the two last laps, Fusto and Tortosa escape from the group. At the end, Fusto wins before Tortosa, Baglioni and Leporati.
At Race 2 start, Tortosa is the most rapid, heeled by Leporati and Fusto, as Baglioni gets out of race. Among the leading riders, open fight between Fusto and Tortosa, as Russo is the third wheel while controlling Leporati. Fusto and Tortosa leave the patrol and end in this sequence before Russo.
Day podium: Fusto, Tortosa, Russo.

SCOOTER 70 EVO SUPERSPORT:
RAINERI NEW CHAMPION
: In Race 1 Raineri comes to lead the race before Benini and the Slovenian Martin Mihael. Behind, no shortage of violent blows between Beghelli and the rest of the group. Mihael recovers over the leading triplet, but Raineri keeps on driving decidedly. Further back, Lorenzini and Pardo get close threateningly. Beghelli assails and passes Raineri, but he replies by an overtaking. The leading group is compact, composed of 8 riders fighting for the podium. Finish line rewards Benini on sprint for few hundredths over Raineri and Beghelli.
In Race 2 Martin Mihael starts first, chased by Lorenzini and Raineri, who quickly passes the patrol. Martin tries to take the race leadership away from Raineri, but this one is decided to win race and title. From the rear rows, Benini comes out and gets third position behind Mihael

TROFEO DERAPAGE VENT 80:
RUSSO SHOWS FOUR ACES
In Race 1 Benini and Russo sprint very well. Behind, Zani follows, the author of a good come-back after passing Mammi and Iacucci. The first lap in close contact between Benini and Russo, but on the third lap Russo passes Benini and tries to run away. Zani seems to have a technical problem, making him slightly lose the contact. Two laps to go, Russo and Benini are still very close to each other, but Russo gets the better and wins before Benini and Zani.
At Race 2 start, Russo is nimble on his bike and distances the rest of the group. Behind Zani and Benini chase him and give emotions by competing for the second position. Russo meanwhile creates a gap behind, and wins against Zani, second, and Benini third.
Day podium: Russo, Zani, Benini.
